  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour (last-minute cancellations).
  • Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% deduction of the total tour cost.
  • If tour changes result in a higher cost, additional charges will apply based on the new computation.
  • Full refund will be given if the Coast Guard or LGU Tourism denies sailing permits due to severe weather.
  • Full refund applies if there is a lockdown in your area or if the LGU prohibits entry to Siargao Island.
  • Full refund applies if cancellation is made more than 3 days before the tour or arrival date.
  • If flights or ferry trips are cancelled due to severe weather, you may reschedule your tour anytime during the year without extra charges.
  • If a group member cannot join the tour and you fail to inform us at least 3 days before arrival, that person will be charged the full tour price.
  • The remaining balance should be paid during the meet-up with your assigned tour guide on the day of the tour, either at airport pick-up or the tour’s starting point.
